Terms of use
The following terms apply to the use of rewoop.com and to all Rewoop services. By purchasing a service or subscription you accept these terms.
1. Services
Rewoop provides maintenance, support, fixes, security, speed optimization and hosting for WordPress sites. What each plan and each one-off service includes is described on the relevant pages of this site and in the quote you receive.
2. Subscriptions and commitment
Maintenance plans are billed monthly or yearly, per site. Care has no commitment. Care+ has a minimum term of 3 months and Pro of 6 months, with the minimum term paid in advance. After the minimum term, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel it.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel with an email to support@rewoop.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. For a prepaid period (minimum term or yearly subscription) the plan stays active until it expires, and the amount for the remaining months is not refunded.
4. Small changes
The small-change time in each plan covers small tasks such as changing text or a photo or repairing a plugin. It does not cover building new pages, redesigns or new features. Unused time does not carry over to the next month.
5. One-off services and guarantee
Before any one-off job we tell you the final price. One-off problem fixes come with a guarantee: if we don't solve the agreed problem, you pay nothing or we refund the full amount.
6. Access and client responsibilities
To do the work we need access to WordPress and, where required, to your hosting. You are responsible for your site's content, for the licenses of the plugins and themes you use, and for their legality.
7. Backups and liability
We keep backups and do everything reasonably possible for the security and proper operation of your site. We are not liable for damage caused by third parties (hosting providers, plugins, payment services) or by changes made without our involvement. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service.
8. Ownership
Your site, files and data are always yours. When our collaboration ends, we hand over the latest backup if you ask for it.
9. Changes to the terms and governing law
We may change these terms and our prices, giving you at least 30 days' notice. These terms are governed by Greek law.
