We respect your personal data. Here you'll find what we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

From the contact form: name, email, site address and your message. From clients: the details needed for invoicing and the site access details you give us so we can do the work.

To reply to your request, provide the services you ask for, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations. We don't send marketing emails without your consent and we don't sell data to third parties.

Performance of a contract or steps prior to it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with a legal obligation (c), and your consent when you submit the form (a).

Form messages are kept for up to 12 months if we don't start working together. Client details are kept for as long as we work together and as required by tax law. Access details are deleted as soon as the collaboration ends.

This site only uses the cookies necessary for the operation and security of its pages and form. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. Email us at support@rewoop.com. If you believe your rights are being violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Access details for client sites are stored encrypted and are only seen by the people working on that specific site.
